Kyrgyzstan’s Foreign Debt Reaches Almost $2.5 Billion

The Kyrgyz Republic’s foreign debt reached almost $2.5 billion in July, according to a newly released report on the 1996-2010 foreign debt structure, published by the Ministry of Finance. Its external debt increased by more than $38 million compared with June, but decreased by a little more than $21 million compared with 2009.

Government Issues a Crisis Response Plan
